This week features a follow-up to “Out of the Shadows,” a Terp Weekly Edition Special report looking at the problem of rape and sexual assault on campus. In this update we learn that at least one legal expert says the University may be wrong in claiming a federal law prohibits them from releasing the identity of someone administratively charged and found to have committed a sexual offense.
