Privacy for Terpmail

With changes to Google’s e-mail Privacy Policy, host Tafisha Edwards sat down with a University of Maryland IT Specialist to see what the change will mean for students.

Students use the computers at McKeldin library. The switch from the "umd.edu" email server to "Terpmail" affected the University's 26,826 undergraduate students.

A University student has created a spin off of the popular “PostSecret” website, and this time it’s geared toward Maryland students coping with the stresses of school and life.
University of Maryland sophomore Sarah Tincher created the website "TerpSecret", where students are encouraged to, "Pour your heart out, or just talk sh*t. Whatever works."
Baseball Attendance at All Time Low
Owen Sloan:
Coach Bakich is baffled at the low attendance for University of Maryland baseball games, but has a plan for this season to try and fill the stands at Shipley Stadium.
The University of Maryland baseball team is off to its best start in 37 years, with nine wins in its first ten games. But despite the success, game attendance remains the lowest in the ACC.
